This client Mr. Y and his wife obtained their permanent residency status 10 years ago. Due to work and personal reasons, they were unable to fulfill their residency requirements. They found us through a friend’s introduction, hoping to entrust us to help them keep their status. After the initial assessment, we learned that Mr. Y’s permanent resident card had expired for 3 years already. With many years of professional experience, Altec’s expert team immediately set out to prepare all the necessary documents for the client and submitted their renewal application. During the application process, the IRCC wanted to meet with Mr. Y and his wife. The lawyer at Altec Global personally accompanied Mr. Y and his wife to meet with the immigration officer. Despite the fact that the immigration officer “made things difficult,” our client and his wife successfully restored their permanent resident status!
