Case background:
Ms. Z is a single mother who entered Canada on a visitor visa in September 2016. After that, due to various reasons, she was unable to leave the country, and was introduced by friends to us at Altec Global Inc. After learning about Ms. Z’s personal situation and background, Altec’s expert team evaluated her, and applied for her through humanitarian and compassionate grounds.
"Humanitarian and compassionate" applications are usually very complicated and cumbersome. Not only must the applicant's background be investigated and verified, but also detailed relevant documents and supporting materials must be provided. Altec's expert team carefully analyzed Ms. Z's situation, prepared legal and related materials for her, and submitted an application for her as soon as possible. The entire process from submitting an application to being successfully approved took less than two years. Generally speaking, the approval process for "humanitarian and compassionate applications" is complicated. However, due to the complete and comprehensive preparation of the early application materials by Altec, during the trial, Ms. Z did not receive any notice of the need to submit additional materials. In the end, good news came in October of this year! The successful approval of the "difficult" case is undoubtedly another successful and valuable experience for Altec Global Inc.
