Candidates needed a CRS score ranging from 479 to 485 to be eligible for nomination.

Quebec extended invitations to 1,218 individuals for permanent selection.
French proficiency at level 7 or higher was required, along with specific occupation codes.

BC held three draws, inviting 137 candidates from the Skilled Worker and International Graduate streams.
