Breaking New | Good News for Caregivers! New Pilots With Direct PR On-Arrival
Starting June 17, 2024, Canada is launching an enhanced Caregiver Pilot Program with significant benefits for family caregivers. Family caregivers will now receive permanent resident status upon arrival in Canada, eliminating the need for prior Canadian work experience.
🔹 New Eligibility Criteria:
Language Proficiency: Minimum CLB level 4.
Education: Equivalent to a Canadian high school diploma.
Work Experience: Recent relevant experience.
Job Offer: Full-time job offer in family caregiving.
Caregivers can work for organizations providing temporary or part-time care for semi-independent individuals or those recovering from illness or injury.
