Canada invites another 7,000 candidates in surprise Express Entry draw

Candidates for the eighth Express Entry lottery of 2023 have just been invited by IRCC.

7,000 applicants were given invitations to apply (ITAs) in an all-program draw by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), which required a minimum CRS score of 484.
