Breaking news! The latest Express Entry draw saw the Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) invite 700 candidates in an unexpected all-program draw. The minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score required for eligibility was 511.
But wait, there’s more! Today, on July 5, IRCC is set to invite 1,500 healthcare workers through category-based selection. And that’s not all—they will also extend invitations to candidates with work experience in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) occupations in the first-ever category-based selection Express Entry draw for STEM professions. The CRS score requirement for healthcare and STEM candidates is yet to be revealed.
Just last week, on June 28, IRCC conducted its first-ever category-based draw, inviting 500 healthcare workers with a minimum CRS score of 476. The excitement continues as IRCC expands its efforts to attract professionals from diverse fields.
