It&#8217;s a strategy for Quebec to address present labour shortages by speeding up the entrance of skilled people into the province.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">A foreign national must meet the following criteria to be eligible for an open work permit under the IMP+:<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">When they apply, they must:<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">1. Live outside of Quebec;<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">2. Have a Quebec Selection Certificate (CSQ) proving permanent residency under the Regular Skilled Worker Program or the Permanent Immigration Pilot Program for workers in the artificial intelligence, information technologies, and visual effects industries;<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">3. Have obtained a letter of invitation from the Minist\u00e8re de l&#8217;Immigration, de la Francisation et de l&#8217;Int\u00e9gration (MIFI) under the IMP+ programme;<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">4.
