\"<\/span> Previously, open work permits were only accessible through inland sponsorship or for those already in Canada on a Temporary Residence Visa (TRV). Now, applicants from outside Canada (outland sponsorship) are eligible for open work permits.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\u2022 Family members with valid temporary resident status and the same residential address as their sponsor in Canada may qualify.<\/div>\n
\u2022 Officers may grant open work permits under specific conditions.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
