font-size: 12pt;\">Licensing or authorization to practice if the role is in a regulated profession.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"article-editor-content__heading\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Stream-Specific Requirements:<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"article-editor-content__paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; Foreign Worker Stream:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"article-editor-content__bullet-list\">\n \t<li class=\"article-editor-content__list-item\">\n<p class=\"article-editor-content__paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Full-time, permanent job offer in a TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3 occupation.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"article-editor-content__list-item\">\n<p class=\"article-editor-content__paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Minimum wage must meet or exceed the industry average in Ontario.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"article-editor-content__list-item\">\n<p class=\"article-editor-content__paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">At least two years of work experience in the past five years in the same occupation as the job offer.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"article-editor-content__paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>2. International Student Stream:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"article-editor-content__bullet-list\">\n \t<li class=\"article-editor-content__list-item\">\n<p class=\"article-editor-content__paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Full-time, permanent job offer in a TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3 occupation.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"article-editor-content__list-item\">\n<p class=\"article-editor-content__paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Application must be submitted within two years of completing a post-secondary education program.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"article-editor-content__paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>3. In-Demand Skills Stream:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"article-editor-content__bullet-list\">\n \t<li class=\"article-editor-content__list-item\">\n<p class=\"article-editor-content__paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Full-time, permanent job offer in an eligible occupation.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"article-editor-content__list-item\">\n<p class=\"article-editor-content__paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Minimum wage must meet or exceed the industry average in Ontario.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"article-editor-content__list-item\">\n<p class=\"article-editor-content__paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">At least nine months of work experience.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"article-editor-content__list-item\">\n<p class=\"article-editor-content__paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">High school diploma or higher.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"article-editor-content__list-item\">\n<p class=\"article-editor-content__paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">CLB 4 or above in English or French.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"article-editor-content__horizontal-rule-container\" contenteditable=\"false\">\n\n<hr class=\"article-editor-content__horizontal-rule\" \/>\n\n<div class=\"article-editor-content__horizontal-rule-delete-button-container\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 class=\"article-editor-content__heading\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Background on REDI<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"article-editor-content__paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">The REDI pilot builds on the success of the OINP\u2019s 2020 Regional Pilot, which allocated <strong>300 additional provincial nominations<\/strong> to areas like Chatham-Kent, Cornwall, and Belleville\/Quinte West.
