Now, you must ensure the \u201cDirect Apply\u201d feature is turned on, and you must review every application received through it.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"749\" data-end=\"946\"><strong data-start=\"749\" data-end=\"796\">Applies retroactively to existing postings:<\/strong><br data-start=\"796\" data-end=\"799\" \/>Even positions that have already been posted must have this feature enabled.
