Starting today, May 15, 2024, new rules are in effect that make international students graduating from public-private partnership (PPP) colleges ineligible for Post-Graduation Work Permits (PGWPs). If you are or will be enrolled in a PPP program, it’s crucial to understand these changes:<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

1. Students graduating from PPP programs starting on or after May 15, 2024, will no longer qualify for PGWPs.<\/div>\n
2. This rule change, originally set for September 1, 2024, has been advanced to prevent institutions from altering admission dates to bypass the new regulations.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

1. Must graduate from a PGWP-eligible Designated Learning Institution (DLI).<\/div>\n
