On July 2, 2025<\/strong>, the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) will flip the switch on its all-new Employer Portal\u2014a fully digital hub that replaces the old paper-based employer form and fundamentally shifts the Employer Job Offer streams from an applicant-driven to an employer-driven process.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n Today:<\/strong> You, the candidate, submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) first, and then your Canadian employer supplies the supporting job-offer documentation.<\/span><\/p>\n July 2 onward:<\/strong> Employers must register in the new portal and enter the details of the job offer before any candidate can file or re-register their EOI.
