Application \u201cReturn\u201d Power<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"article-editor-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">OINP can now <strong>return<\/strong> an application at any point <em>before<\/em> issuing a nomination if the job doesn\u2019t match current shortage occupations.
