Unchanged criteria:

* Net worth of at least C$2 million (including spouse’s assets)

* Minimum 2 years of management experience in the last 5 years

Modified/New criteria:

* Demonstrate spoken French proficiency (level 7)

* Possess a recognized diploma equivalent to a Quebec secondary school diploma

* Reside in Quebec for a minimum of 6 months within 2 years of receiving a work permit

* Make a risk-free C$1 million investment with IQ Immigrants Investisseurs Inc. and contribute $200,000 non-refundable financial contribution
