The Agri-Food Immigration Pilot Programme will continue, and IRCC has announced that it will remove the yearly occupational cap for programme participants.
According to Sean Fraser, Minister of Immigration, the Agri-Food Pilot Programme will now operate through May 14, 2025. The pilot was started to make it easier for skilled individuals in the food and agricultural industries to move to Canada permanently.
