I’m Susan Gong, Founder and President of Altec Global Inc., a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).
Before founding Altec Global in 1992, I served as a Member of the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB), where I gained invaluable insight into how immigration decisions are made and what truly matters in each case. That experience shaped our firm’s philosophy — to treat every client’s journey as unique, important, and deeply personal.
